Mô tả công việc
● Consulting services to the customer’s inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. ● Providing a polite, professional and accurate communication ● Handling and resolving customer complaints ● Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries ● Provide pricing and delivery information ● Collecting or delivering dossiers from/to customers; ● Filling in relevant forms; ● Perform customer verifications ● Contacting and updating with authorities; ● Write and post information to Social networks ● Other activities to help customers finish the service ● 03 full-time positions available
